Today I would like to upload beautiful place to visit when you arrive Pyin Oo Lwin (May Myot). That is December Farm (December Garden).
It is nice to go down to the waterfall. You have to pay entrance fees and parking fees there. Nice to walk around to the fall (not very high) and along the creek. It is not a big compound but good place for a picnic. It will be heavily crowded on big holidays. Restaurant there has not many choice. Play ground for children is under construction. For the restaurant (just beside the main road), food are ok but service can be slow especially on big holiday.
Really a great place to chillax outside without the worry of heat.
Picking up strawberries in strawberry season, is fun. It has a small
farm, too. Must have is fresh milk, as it is originally one of the local
milk farms. If you are patient enough to wait, there are some local
dishes to try but i prefer those in the downtown of pyin oo lwin cheaper
and more delicious.
