Speaking of street food, Myanmar lacks hygiene and a sense for decoration. That being said, Signature Night Market is established to prove that Burmese street food can, in fact, be delicious, and hygienic, at a reasonable price. After all it is our dire dream to earn a name for Burmese night markets as a place that presents attractive things and appetizing foodstuffs at a bargain. That is how I come to the decision of organizing this night market. I have a personal review page called "Sar Mal Thwar Mal" and I'm glad to announce that shops I've written reviews for hereby are willing to participate.
